{"id":52069,"date":"2014-03-13T14:46:56","date_gmt":"2014-03-13T13:46:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/khymeia.tinbob.com\/?post_type=document&#038;p=52069"},"modified":"2022-10-17T16:30:59","modified_gmt":"2022-10-17T14:30:59","slug":"reinforced-feedback-in-virtual-environment-for-rehabilitation-of-upper-extremity-dysfunction-after-stroke-preliminary-data-from-a-randomized-controlled-trial-biomed-research-international","status":"publish","type":"document","link":"https:\/\/khymeia.com\/it\/document\/reinforced-feedback-in-virtual-environment-for-rehabilitation-of-upper-extremity-dysfunction-after-stroke-preliminary-data-from-a-randomized-controlled-trial-biomed-research-international\/","title":{"rendered":"Reinforced Feedback in Virtual Environment for Rehabilitation of Upper Extremity Dysfunction after Stroke: Preliminary Data from a Randomized Controlled Trial &#8211; BioMed Research International"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;obiettivo di questo documento \u00e8 quello di studiare se il feedback rinforzato in ambiente virtuale (RFVE) \u00e8 pi\u00f9 efficace della tradizionale riabilitazione (TR) per il trattamento della funzione motoria dell&#8217;arto superiore dopo l&#8217;ictus, indipendentemente dall&#8217;eziologia dell&#8217;ictus (cio\u00e8 ischemico, emorragico).<\/p>\n<p>Lo studio consisteva in uno studio controllato randomizzato con 44 pazienti affetti da ictus. I pazienti sono stati randomizzati in due gruppi: RFVE (N = 23) e TR (N = 21) e stratificati in base all&#8217;eziologia dell&#8217;ictus. Il trattamento RFVE consisteva in esercizi multidirezionali che fornivano un feedback aumentato fornito dalla realt\u00e0 virtuale, mentre nel trattamento TR gli stessi esercizi venivano forniti senza feedback aumentati. Le misure di outcome utilizzate erano: scala Fugl-Meyer Upper Extremity (F-M UE), scala Functional Independence Measure (FIM) e parametri cinematici (velocit\u00e0, tempo e picco).<\/p>\n<p>F-M UE (P = 0.030), FIM (P = 0.021), tempo (P = 0.008) e picco (P = 0.018), erano significativamente pi\u00f9 alti nel gruppo RFVE dopo il trattamento, ma non la velocit\u00e0 (P = 0.140). I pazienti affetti da ictus emorragico hanno migliorato significativamente il punteggio FIM (P = 0,031), il tempo (P = 0,011) e il picco (P = 0,020) dopo il trattamento, mentre i pazienti affetti da ictus ischemico hanno migliorato significativamente solo la velocit\u00e0 (P = 0,005) quando trattati da RFVE.
