L&#8217;aumentato utilizzo del feedback fornisce loro utili informazioni aggiuntive per migliorare la velocit\u00e0 di camminata, la cinematica e la funzionalit\u00e0 dell&#8217;arto inferiore. L&#8217;obiettivo degli autori \u00e8 di valutare questi cambiamenti in due individui con ictus.<\/p>\n<p>Un uomo di 58 anni (4,5 mesi dopo l&#8217;ictus) e un uomo di 49 anni (3 mesi dopo l&#8217;ictus) hanno seguito un allenamento di realt\u00e0 virtuale per migliorare la cinematica, la funzionalit\u00e0 e la velocit\u00e0 dell&#8217;andatura. Ogni partecipante ha subito 15 sessioni (tre settimane) di fisioterapia convenzionale combinate con allenamento e realt\u00e0 virtuale.<\/p>\n<p>La scala Fugl-Meyer degli arti inferiori (FM) \u00e8 migliorata in entrambi i partecipanti; nella valutazione motoria, il punteggio del partecipante 1 \u00e8 aumentato di 4 punti e quello del paziente 2 \u00e8 aumentato di 6 punti. Il partecipante 1 era altamente funzionale ma aveva difficolt\u00e0 nel baseline della corsa, mentre il partecipante 2 ha migliorato la scala funzionale ambulatoria (FAC) da 3\/5 a 4\/5 e la scala dell&#8217;equilibrio di Berg (BBS) da 50 a 53, con una costante punteggio permanente di 122\/126 sulla scala Functional Independence Measure (FIM).
