Sono stati combinati diversi termini (realt\u00e0 virtuale, feedback, ictus, emiplegia, lesione cerebrale, incidente cerebrovascolare, arti inferiori, gamba e andatura) e infine sono stati inclusi 11 articoli secondo i criteri di inclusione ed esclusione stabiliti.<\/p>\n<p>Gli studi esaminati hanno mostrato un&#8217;elevata eterogeneit\u00e0 in termini di progettazione dello studio e strumenti di valutazione, il che rende difficile il confronto e l&#8217;analisi dei diversi tipi di interventi. Tuttavia, la maggior parte di essi ha riscontrato un miglioramento significativo della velocit\u00e0 dell&#8217;andatura, dell&#8217;equilibrio e della funzione motoria, a causa dell&#8217;intervento con realt\u00e0 virtuale. Sebbene l&#8217;evidenza sia limitata, tutto ci\u00f2 suggerisce che l&#8217;intervento VR (pi\u00f9 di 10 sessioni) nei pazienti con ictus pu\u00f2 avere un impatto positivo sull&#8217;equilibrio e il recupero dell&#8217;andatura. Sono stati ottenuti migliori risultati quando \u00e8 stato utilizzato un approccio multimodale, che combina la realt\u00e0 virtuale e la fisioterapia convenzionale.
